PARTNERSHIP FOR PUBLIC TOILETS |
Summer of 2004 and negotiations with Chichester District Council conclude with the order to Fit Out the refurbishment of Midhurst North Street toilets. A full remodeling of the toilets providing five direct access cubicles.
Finished in December 2004 the site was already known to be difficult to manage with its location next to the bus station. Subjected to high levels of vandalism the toilet remains in service and online. |
| 2005 and Chichester confirm that InterPublic are the preferred suppliers for the districts public toilets. |
| The next project is the refurbishment of the Multi Storey Car Park toilets on the
Avenue De Chartres, Chichester. A toilet built into the car park and accessed from one of the stairwells. The remodeling brought the cubicles out to the front of the stairwell and provides for four direct access cubicles. |
Summer 2006 and the old toilets in Little London, Chichester are demolished to make way for a new retail and residential development. This led to the development of a new toilet for Little London on the car park behind Marks & Spencers.
The toilet was completed in December 2006 for the start of Christmas shopping.
Nine cubicles of direct access, two will be commissioned when the new site adjoining is completed and access is available. The finished project is much acclaimed.

September 2007 and Chichester have completed their new sports pavilion for Florence Road playing fields. With modern play areas for younger children as well the sports pavilion incorporates two direct access toilet cubicles providing accessible and baby changing facilities. |
