InterPublic wish that they could convince everyone that the best way forward for anyone considering the provision of New and Refurbished Public Toilets is by choosing the Semi Automatic design. In making the choice to use the InterPublic design we see potential customers acknowledging that the design is successful in service. However we have to be reconciled to accepting that the Semi Automatic will not always be everyone's choice. The three design solutions of Traditional, Semi Automatic and Automatic sit happily together in the market place offering potential customers a wide choice to meet their specific requirements. There is no doubt that the InterPublic Semi Automatic toilet is designed to be robust in service, so that it will provide a reliable facility in the harsh environment of Public Toilets where they are unattended. The secret, we believe, is in providing that robustness whilst at the same time installing facilities that are bright, welcoming and easy to use and most importantly easy to maintain. One of the key items in the design is that the toilet is reliable in service and the capital investment from providing this level of facility is rewarded with very low running costs.

The Semi Automatic is the style that InterPublic have perfected into a design that is a mix of automation and practicality, whilst at the same time, proving a facility that the public will feel comfortable using. The design is offered for both new toilets and the refurbishment of structurally sound existing buildings. New toilets have a structural core that is a reinforced concrete shell, which is transported to site fully complete and ready to operate. The shell can be clad in a variety of options from factory fitted brick slips to an on-site traditional brick skin and tiled pitched roof. One of the major features of this design is that the toilet is always relocateable and if the needs of the location change then the toilet can be picked up and taken to a new site. The interior style is one of bright colours, from hard wearing ceramic tiles, lighting that provides well lit cubicles and a range of flush fitting stainless steel accessories that are designed to be the very best on offer. There are also key elements of the design that ensure the operator can maintain very high standards of cleaning. The list of accessories is large and we will be pleased to advise anyone in further detail.

InterPublic can provide, economic to operate, underfloor heating to ensure dry and therefore safe non-slip floors in wet conditions. Sanitary waste disposal facilities that are built into the service area, removing the waste container from the cubicle. Sharps Disposal facilities that allows the Sharps to be safely and securely deposited into clinical waste containers in the service area. Energy management of the lighting and extraction to minimise costs and audio security alarms that can be connected to a monitoring service. The combined design has resulted in a product that will best service the provision of unattended Public Toilets at low maintenance costs.
